A / Main responsibilities (Trách nhiệm chính):
- Set the goal of researching and trying out recipes made from company products.
- Research and conduct testing of new products.
- Develop formulas, make product demos for customers and sales staff.
- Coordinate with the sales department to visit customers and consult the company's products according to the arranged schedule.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Marketing Manager.
B / Most important qualifications (Khung năng lực chính):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant, 5 * hotels are preferred.
- Work independently, and can guide guests to make cake recipes.
- Ability to create and update trends in the F&B industry is an advantage.
