The Beef Processing Leader will oversee the efficient processing of beef products, ensuring adherence to Japanese hygiene standards. This role involves providing technical guidance to local staff and supporting the Japanese Processing Department Manager in achieving production goals.

Responsibilities:

- Beef product processing (cutting, slicing, etc.)
- Hygiene management based on Japanese hygiene standards.
- Technical guidance for local staff.
- Support for the Japanese Processing Department Manager.

<Business overview>
- Products: Processed meat products (sliced ​​meat, processed products, etc.)
- Destinations: Major supermarkets, HORECA, etc.

- Experience in meat processing: Above 3 years (cutting, slicing, etc.)
- Japanese: N3 to N2 level (ability to communicate with Japanese people)
- Experience in guiding subordinates as a leader.
- Experience working as a technical intern in Japan is plus.
