We are seeking a Back Office Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's operations through a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers, managing inventory.
Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Tasks within the Company such as..
- Coordination with suppliers, e.g., delivery date coordination, etc.
- Export administrative work (since the client is an EPE company)
- Inventory/materials management and purchasing.
- Translation e.g.: contracts, notices from authorities, etc.
- Interpretation e.g. for client meetings.
- Communication with Japan head company e.g.: Monthly report of income and expenditure by department.
- Other administrative duties.
