BIM/CIM Engineer is responsible for preparing 2D and 3D construction drawings, creating BIM/CIM models, and estimating quantities for water supply and sewage treatment plants. This position requires accuracy in design and effective model creation.
* Responsibility:
- Preparation of 2D Drawings.
- Creating construction drawings for water supply and sewage treatment plants.
- Creation of 3D and BIM/CIM Models.
- Quantity Estimation.
- Bachelor's degree of the following fields: Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Water and Wastewater Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, especially in factory and piping layout design.
- Proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling and family creation.
- Experience in creating MEP shop drawings.
- Applicants with experience in plant equipment construction drawings will be highly valued.
- English: Required (TOEIC 600 or above)
* Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dynamo or Python is a strong plus.
- Japanese: Proficiency is highly preferred.
