- PLC and HMI programming, PID controller coordination for HVAC projects, BMS building management systems, EMS energy management systems, and other automated control systems. 
- Factory maintenance work.
- Design, estimating, contracting, programming and control, building graphical HMI interfaces.
- Prepare shop drawings, arrange equipment and craftsmen, and manage installation, process, quality, and safety for automatic control equipment construction.
- Study energy usage of buildings and factories, propose appropriate use of energy and propose equipment upgrades for appropriate use of energy.
- Plan and manage projects and report directly to senior management.

- Knowledgeable in the field of electromechanical, automation, and programming of industrial automation systems such as PLC, BMS, SCADA, and EMS.
- Understanding of electromechanical systems in buildings, including HVAC, heat, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, lighting, and weak electrical systems. 
- Able to use MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) and AutoCAD software.
- Working experience: at least 2 or 5 years in a related field. (Basic English and generally Japanese N3 and N2 or higher preferred).
