- Support to manage all production activities.
- Solve problems arising during production and take corrective & preventive measures.
- Handling abnormal reports on product quality; make plans; improve countermeasures, prevent recurrence of errors.
- Strictly control the production plan.
- Report to Production Manager for all issues related.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

- Degree in garment is a prefer. Experience in garment factory is required.
- Strong command of English language or Japanese (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills – able to use Microsoft word, formulate excel, ppt etc.
- Highly organized, willing to learn and responsible, energetic with 'can do' attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
