You will be responsible for the following tasks at a company that develops/operates, and sells attendance management systems.
Responsibilities:
- General support for JP-GD.
- Accompanying and interpreting for business meetings.
- Accurately communicating information to internal VN staff, assigning tasks, giving instructions, etc.
- Sales support (interactions, assistance with creating proposal materials, etc.)
- Other general tasks based on instructions from JP-GD.
<Business Overview>
- Products and systems: attendance management, payroll calculation, live streaming, etc.
- Industries: Manufacturing, IT, HORECA, retail, construction, etc.
- Nationality: Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Western companies, etc.
- Area: HCMC and surrounding areas (Binh Duong, Dong Nai etc.)
- Japanese: N2 to N1 level (level capable of interpretation).
- English: Daily conversation level (ability to simple internal and external communication).
- Experience assisting a Japanese Manager: Above 3 to 5 years.
- Experience managing subordinates: About 10 people (managing and leading a team).
