You will be responsible for the following duties at a company that assembles belts for bicycles and scooters.
* Responsibilities:
- Assembly section management.
- Assembly machine operation.
- Production management schedule creation, work assignment, and team performance management.
- Staff training, guidance, and evaluation.
- Ages 30-45.
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese.
- University graduate (engineering or manufacturing-related field)
- Experience using machinery in the manufacturing industry.
- Management experience.
- Ability to participate in training in Osaka, Japan for 6 months after joining the company.
- Ability to commute to the factory on one's own.
