- Meet clients, check low, make a plan, make a proposal, presentation for a client.
- Arrange the schedule, coordinate structure and ME.
- Coordinate cost, cooperate with Japanese staff, 
- Translate myself, supervise site, educate other staff.

- At least 5 years experience, but Age : not exceed 35.
- Good in English, Japanese is a plus.
- Experience in Factory design.
- Understanding of technical, detail & VN regulation.
- Good skill to coordinate with Structure & MEP team (effective teamwork).
- Can use BIM proficiently.
- Proficiently not only BIM, and Revit but also AutoCad, 3dsmax.
