We are seeking a Architectural Design Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and organizing customer requirements, creating initial design drawings, and preparing rough estimate drawings for cost estimation purposes. 

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Requirements Organization:
- Engage with customers, primarily Japanese, to understand their requirements.
- Collaborate with a Japanese-speaking colleague or work from provided memos to organize and document customer needs.

2. Drawing Preparation and Coordination:
 - Develop initial design drawings based on customer requirements.
 - Ensure that drawings are clear, accurate, and meet project specifications.

3. Preparation of Rough Estimate Drawings:
 - Create drawings that will be used by the cost estimation team to prepare rough estimates.
 - Collaborate closely with the cost estimation team to ensure drawings meet their needs for accurate cost assessment.

- English or Japanese (Intermediate level).
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design and using 2D CAD.
- Interest in designing factories and warehouses (please note that you won't be designing buildings, etc.)

- Experienced in designing factories and warehouses is plus.
