The AR&D Scientist will independently plan, organize, execute, and document scientific experiments with minimal supervision. This role requires expertise in developing, validating, and optimizing analytical methods, as well as transferring these methods from the R&D unit to the manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with chromatography and other analytical instruments, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Independently plan, organize, perform and document scientific experiments under minimal supervision.
- Experience in developing and validating analytical methods. (Chromatography/Assay/RS/UV-VIS absorption/).
- Experience in analytical method transfer activities from the RnD unit to Manufacturing unit.
- Optimize the existing analytical methods
- Expertise and hands on experience in chromatography (HPLC, LC-MS, GC, IC) other physical instruments like pH meter, Osmometer.
- Provide documentation of raw data, evaluate and interpret results, propose and provide the inputs for the design of next experiments.
- Take over responsibility for maintenance and utilization of different analytical equipment.
- Support in the initial qualification, schedule and further maintenance of analytical equipment.
- Work according to appropriate standards as defined in Quality manual and SOP`s.
- Proactively lead initiatives to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Write protocols, scientific reports or Lab procedures based on templates or SOP`s under minimal supervision.
