- Provide accounting, tax, and M&A related support to Japanese companies.
- Bookkeeping and tax reporting support.
∟We provide services that meet our clients' needs, from bookkeeping to preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Support for annual audits.
- Consulting for overseas business expansion.
- M&A and corporate reorganization consulting.
- Consulting on transfer pricing taxation.
- Consulting on remittance of funds between parent and subsidiary companies.

- Japanese N3 level or above (N2 level is preferable).
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of accounting and taxation.
