1. Admin’s tasks (Major):
- Manage procurement of office supplies.
- Collect and maintain office supply inventory.
- Manage travel arrangements (hotel, ticket and transportation).
- Manage office repair and maintenance.
- Assist Firm’s events.
- Validate related invoice, allocate to relevant charge codes for payments & records.
- In charge of transportation arrangements for all internal & external meetings/trainings.
- Carry out the induction on office procedure to new joiners.
- Assist with visa applications.
- Assist with general administration as required.
2. Accounting tasks (a small part):
- Have general knowledge in accounting.
- Record input invoices, issue output invoices.
- Review quotations and contracts.
Note: Can communication in Japanese in work.
