In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
- Lead the team (120 workers)
- Arrangement and implementation of production plans.
- Training team leaders.
- Follow-up of production materials, Kanban, and production plan.
- The improvement of labor efficiency and machine operation efficiency.
- To ensure a healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly production environment.
- Inspection of the production process.
- Decision-making and deviation improvement of quality standards.
- The organization of equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the machinery is functional.
- Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards.
