- Interview and analyze training needs in Vietnamese, and identify issues related to talent development in client companies
- Draft talent development program ( can be consisted of several training methods such as F2F training, E-Learning, Remote Learning, 1to1 coaching session etc) design based on analysis
- Find external stakeholders and establish and maintain good relations ( trainers, freelancers for creating video materials etc)
- Draft training contents and the timeline for each training program
- Responsible for prior preparations for face-to-face training (Eg. scheduling between client's HR dept and trainers, printing training materials, preparation of necessary equipment etc.)
- Responsible for providing instructions to outsourcers for the creation of video materials, managing orders, and coordinating deadlines
- Customer service to clients PICs on training sites
- Analyze training results and draft training reports
- Other tasks as assigned by superior time to time

- 5+ years working experience in Talent Development relevant fields
- Language: English (Business Level)
