Mô Tả Công Việc
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Oversee the creation of training manuals, online learning modules, and other educational materials for employees.
- Sets standards for training within the company and manage the delivery for technical and non-technical training.
- Introducing the new employee to the establishment and making sure they are aware if the values of the Company.
- Design and implements talent programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the Company's talent pool. Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.
- Develop and implement employee review and succession planning process to cater to the need to have a view of where our resource and capability are and to enable the succession planning for the Leadership Team and “Key Roles” across the Company.
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Establish organizational messages and keep staff informed of developments, initiatives and projects through communication channels (Bulletin Board, TV Led, Monthly Newsletter, Town Hall Meeting…) Manage company events like Team Building, Year End Party, Sales Incentive Trip, Employee Excellence Award…
- Oversee the Performance Management activities of the operation to include communicating the program and ensuring the proper events take place on a timely basis. Closely connects the Performance Management process to the compensation system.
