- Receive and handle the technical issues from customers dealers request.
- Make a Market Quality Report for Yanmar agricultural machineries regarding technical issues and report to General Manager of CS and TM.
- Undertake troubleshooting and repair the agricultural machines out of order in the field.
- Receive and report the technical troubles under warranty to the superior or propose the solution to solve the problem if possible.
- Control and report the inventory of warranty parts at Long Xuyen warehouse.
- Provide assistance to product demo events as required by sales and marketing division.
- Provides timely and accurate reporting of technical service, warranty issues and information to the Technical Manager and General Manager of Customer Service.
- Support about problems related with technical of team members.
- Other assignments from Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- English skill：Upper Intermediate or above.
- Have some knowledge and supporting a technical service to customer or dealer network regarding agricultural machineries or related business.
- Have experience in Technical service position：2 years or above.
- Enthusiasm and liability in working.
- Team work or able to work independently.
- Able to go out on regular business trips to the market.
- Can be use MS Office(Word,Excel,Power Point and Outlook).
- Have good verbal communication and people skill.
- Strong time management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Perseverance, hardwork, progressive.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Business trip to the Mekong Delta.
