• Design and develop services.
• Design database schema.
• Train junior/middle software engineers.
• Develop clean and maintainable code.
• Discuss system/software architecture with team

• 2+ years experience in back-end (For example: Ruby on Rails, Java, PHP, Node.js)
• English skill: Intermediate.

Must Have

• Experience with web framework. For example, Ruby on Rails, Laravel, Express.js.
• Motivation to learn a new programming language.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Person who wants to become a playing manager in the future, or is interested in management.
