Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage the daily operation/jobs in Service Department in HN Branch.
- Set up and distribute the target/KPI to service members in the North.
- Directly handle service activities in HN Branch.
- Support and guide the technical members to implement technical tests for timely updating product knowledge, technical skills as jobs’ requirement.
- Be responsible for service department’s target/turnover in the North.
- In charge for selling prices for materials, components in accordance with the authorization for Service Manager in Ha Noi branch.
- Sign the service contracts and guarantee cards (new selling machines).
- Control and propose for free of charge for rental machines, CPC.
- Control reports, contracts, LNS1, orders…
- Set up consumption rate for rental machines.
- Propose solutions to improve technical service quality of service team in the North as company’s orientation.
- Prepare the periodically reports of technical service quality in the North to co-ordinate with National Service Manager as company standards.
- Responsible for ensure the compliance in service department.
- Solve technical problems for customers ASAP and review the current escalation scheme and rules, and propose how to improve speedy to HQ Services.
- Review & reconsider technical & solution training program and procedures to skill up service members, and execute how contents and procedures would be the best for training.
- Other assignments as requested from GM – Business Operations (North) and National Service Manager

- Fluent English in order to discuss with General Director.
- Having experience in printing product or electrical product.
- Teamwork skill.
- Graduated from college/university, major technical/electronic/printing product.
- Good technical knowledge, troubleshooting.
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
