- Build relationships with home appliance mass merchandisers.
- Management and training for staff.
- Development of sales strategy.
- Monitor the progress and status of strategy.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Weekly meeting to monitor their sales performance and update product knowledge & selling skills.
- Maintaining database of customers, ensuring sales effectiveness plans are implemented.
- Work with Marketing team to organize effective activities/event regularly.
- Lead the sales team to reach the targets.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the broad of director.
