- Close Project as planned by the committed project deadline with clients.
[In a HR System Build-Up Project]
- Conduct Interview to Managers
- Make JDs.
- Extract Competency.
- Extract KPIs.
- Make skill map.
- Do Job Evaluation.
- Make report.
- Develop Grading System
- Grading Structure.
- Grade Definition.
- Promotion Rules.
- Design Performance Management System
- Make Evaluation Sheet.
- Design and Set-up scoring logic.
- Handbook Making
- General Contents.
- And other relevant tasks time to time assigned by superior.
- Make Proposal of Talent Development Projects
- Translate JPN to VN or vice versa.
- Do presentation to VN counterparts.
- Training Planning
- Deliver consultation for customer.
- Make Plan.
- Source Vendors.
- Meeting with Training vendors(external trainer if any).
- Organize Training Session
- Plan & Conduct Human Assessment
- Make cases.
- Conduct assessment.
- Source Vendors.
- Meeting with Assessment vendors(external assessor if any).
- And other relevant tasks time to time assigned by superior
[In a Legal Project]
- Execute WP/VS/RC application procedure.
- Negotiation with authorities
- Source reliable vendors.
- Control project timeline.
- Communicate effectively and accurately with clients.
- Translation of documents from JP to VN or vice-versa.
- Legal update info clipping.
- And other relevant tasks time to time assigned by Supervisor.
- Report to :
- HR System Design Project Manager.
- HR Development Project Manager.
- Legal team leader.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Japanese Proficiency: N2 or above or equivalent level.
- English : Preferable.
- Education Background : Gradeuates from Good Universities (=difficult to enter) are preferable. Experience : at least 3-5+ years of working experience in HR field (expecially performance. management, talent/organizational development related is a big advantage)
- Good at : Communication with higher positioned persons, Summrising points, Writing sophisticated sentences.
