- Make skil lmap
- Do Job Evaluation
- Make report
- Develop Grading System
- Gradin Structure
- Grade Definition
- Promotion Rules
- Design Performance Management System
- Make Evaluation Sheet
- Design and Set-up scoring logic
- Handbook Making
- General Contents
- And other relevant tasks time to time assigned by superior.
[In a Talent Development Planning & Training Project]
- Make Proposal of Talent Development Projects
- Translate JPN to VN or vice versa
- Do presentation to VN counterparts
- Training Planning
- Deliver consultation for customer
- Make Plan
- Source Vendors
- Meeting with Training vendors(external trainer if any)
- Organize Training Session
- Plan & Conduct Human Assessment
- Make cases
- Conduct assessment
- Source Vendors
- Meeting with Assessment vendors(external assessor if any)
- And other relevant tasks time to time assigned by Supervisor.
- Report to:
- HR System Design Project Manager.
- HR Development Project Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Japanese Proficiency: N2 or above or equivalent level.
- English : Preferable.
- Education Background : Graduated from Good Universities (=difficult to enter) are preferable
- Experience : at least 3-5+ years of working experience in HR field (especially performance management, talent/organizational development related is a big advantage).
- Good at : Communication with higher positioned persons, Summarising points, Writing sophisticated sentences.
