- Handle billing issues.
- Organize events, conferences, and other meetings.
- Ensure all client information is correct.
- Attend trade shows to promote products.
- Analyze sales reports.
- Support sales staffs.
- Report the turnover to Sales Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experienced Sales or Sales assistant more than 3years.
- Japanese skill (N2).
- Being responsible and trustworthy.
- Being confident and articulate.
- Being able to handle stress.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Amicable, getting along with everyone.
- Good organizational and planning skill.
- High responsible.
