- To work out business plan and sales strategy.
- To implement the business plan and budget control to achieve the annual budget.
- To strengthen the cliental relationship with automobile or motorbike corporation.
- To provide the good consultation.
- To report any problem/updated situation/market situation to GD in a timely manner.
- To execute self-development to gain more knowledge and technique in marketing and management of staffs.
- To act as an role-model and actively train/ educate junior officers in the Sales Dept.

- Experience in Sales/Marketing in the following cases are highly appreciated.
- to Car or Motorbike dealers.
- in Car or Motorbike dealers.
- in Non-life insurance companies.
- to distributors or dealers in other industries such as FMCG or other industry etc.
- English proficiency : at business level.
- University degree.
- Able to go on business trip to Hanoi, Danang and other area in VN a few times in a month.
- Strong problem solving skill.
- Great leadership skill.
- Be active, creative and willing to learn.
- Caring and good listener.
- Working experience in Non-life insurance is advantage.
