- Develop new business opportunities to meet trends.
- Help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation - Report weekly sales forecasts.
- Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends.
- Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
- Develop and manage client & agency relationships.
- Evaluate accounts.
- Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations.
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees.
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
- Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Prefer 1 – 2 years working experience in cosmetic beauty clinic.
- Ideal candidate must be conﬁdent in approaching association/ company/ agency …. to introduce clinic products & services or create activation.
- English speaking ( or Japanese).
- Understand about market and competitor.
- Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Math Skills, Product Knowledge.
- Creativity, Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Target Market Analysis, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible.
