Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

(1) Sales to new companies:
We will obtain information on new companies entering the region and adjust appointments.
We aim to conclude a contract by visiting the customer's site, introducing the company, and guiding various non-life insurance that is considered necessary for the companies that have entered the market.
(2) Sales to existing customers:
We will guide you to the insurance that you think is necessary after understanding your business / risk content through regular visits to existing customers.
In addition, we will renew the existing insurance every time it expires.

(3) In the unlikely event of an accident, we will follow up as necessary in cooperation with the accident department (the accident department will handle specific procedures and responses).
(4) We will provide various disaster prevention materials and information by e-mail or at the time of visit.
(5) Requests and management of insurance premium payments to customers
(6) Cooperation with insurance underwriting department, HR department, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Headquarters and other related departments
(7) Ho-Ren-So correspondence, etc.

<Language>
- Japanese: N2 or higher qualification
- English: Basic (Official language of company)
<Experience>
- Has more than 2 years of sales experience (preferably in the same industry)
<Personality>
- Those who can work for a long time
- Bright, sincere and able to manage impressions
- Strong marketing sense.
- Clearly understand working procedure & flow chart.
- Well know all insurance products and be able to explain to clients their coverage.

Fixed bonus 1 month salary, company performance + personal evaluation bonus
