General Purpose of the job:
The overall purpose of sales assistant is to support Japanese account manager to bring the revenue to the company by offering the equipment and services that fit best to the customer business needs and to maintain the long term business with the customers, contributing to meeting the business target of the company.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist Japanese Account Manager.
- Contact Vietnamese and Japanese customers via telephone or email to confirm requirements, send quotations, as well as relevant documents or information.
- After getting requirements from customers, coordinate Sales Support team to make quotations.
- After getting PO, coordinate Procurement Team to proceed the orders.
- Try to build and keep good relation with customers, Account Manager and relevant sections.
- Another task upon sale’s request.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 01-02 years of experience in same position.
- Japanese is a must, N2 or equivalent level.
- English communication.
- Coordination and organization skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- IT background or understanding the IT products (both hardware and software) is referable.
