Mô tả công việc

1. Sales Assistant

  • Be in charge of procuring main material (HRC and steel accessories) for all projects and keep the process going smoothly without any mistakes and delay.
  • Calculate quantity of material need to be ordered based on BOQ, work with the factory, headquarter, and trading company for material order process.
  • Work closely with trading companies, forwarders for import procedures, inland transportation to the factory’s warehouse.
  • Take care of all sales administration tasks from taking order, making contract until delivery procedures including arrangement of transportation sub-contract, shipping documents, customs formalities etc.
  • Assure 100 % of import shipments shall be applied the preferential tariff in accordance with economy partnership agreement between Japan and Vietnam.
  • To input customer’s order into company system.
  • To contact with staffs of other departments to fulfill the job as well as to support the Deputy General Manager.
  • Preparing sales reports following request of Deputy General Manager.
  • To do other tasks assigned by the Deputy General Manager and Sales General Manager

2. Administrator

  • To book flight ticket and hotel for Deputy General Manager and Sales General Manager (if any).
  • Arranging car or taxi (if any).
  • To coordinate with Admin staff solving some the administration issues.
  • To do other jobs assigned by Deputy General

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Female
  • Age: From 26 to 35 year’s old.
  • Graduated from University above, major in Business Administration, Marketing or Economic field.
  • Have experience in Sales Assistant at least 3 years above.
  • Have Knowledge about import-export.
  • Have knowledge of auditing procedure for ISO.
  • Have the right personality to develop a strong relationship with large customers.
  • Good English Communication (TOEIC 650++).
  • Computer skill.
  • Work under high pressure.
  • Self-motivated, Senses of humor,..
