- Support sales staff to contact client mainly the document task.
- Build good relationship with current clients.
- Send price quote and contract via mail for clients.
- Take care of the administrative processing of sales activities.
- To work out complaints, credit invoices and return shipments.
- Support client after-sales.
- Update internal databases.
- Other tasks follow up the request of Sales Staff.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Has more than 5 years experience of documentation staff as a sales assistant in a apparel factory.
- Speak good English.
- Speak Chinese (Prefer).
- Communication skill.
- Computer literacy (MS Office in particular).
- Honest / proactive/ independent.
- Working under pressure.
