- Prepare and manage the economic contracts. Make sure all the contracts and related documents are in accordance with the law.
- Support Sales staffs on preparing the Quotation, PO, Profile, catalogue and related documents.
- Manage project information, customers information, venders information, payment status, inventory,etc.
- Prepare project cash flow report, payment report, and others as assigned.
- Support import and export procedure (using logistics service)
- Support posting newsletters on company website and company social media pages for marketing.
- Others tasks as assinged.

- Graduated from College or above majoring in Econimics field.
- 1 year or more experience in similar position. Knowledge of industrial equipment business or construction contractors is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, friendly and responsible for the assigned tasks.
- Good command of English or Japanese (if any).
