I. Government Affairs: 30%
1. Building and maintaining the relationships with all necessary level of government authorities to get information and necessary support for business activities of the project(s) in timely manner and work smoothly.
2. Planning and implementation of Quang Ninh’s investment promotion or delegation event.
To work with officer and arrange promotion events appropriately.
II. .Relationship Management: 20%
1. Planning and implementation of RM activities for customers and other stakeholders.
Example: Recruiting Support, HR Committee meeting, Job Festival, Knowledge Seminar , Sports Festiva, Women’s day activity, Moon cakes festival etc.
2. Planning and implementation of the annual Customers’ Satisfactory Survey & Communities’ Satisfactory Survey
3. Setting up Customer Information Database
III. CSR Activities: 20%
- Planning and implementation of CSR activities for customers and other stakeholders.
Example: Blood donation events, Planting Tree event, Donation for poor households, Donation for local school, Scholarship for poor pupils, Viet Nam's War Invalids and Martyrs Day, etc.
IV. After-Sale-Activities for customers: 20%
- Servicing the tenants for apply & obtain licenses inc. IRC/ERC from establishing the company, construction and operation of the factories smoothly and successfully.
- Be responsible for customers’ overdue debts to fulfil the company’s payment record.
- Be responsible for Raw Land Rental Payments’ Notice and Addendum to inform to the customers’ announcement.
V. Others 10%
1. Planning, Executing and Managing the budget for Relationship Management Section.
2. Delegate the work to the team, and train & develop the team to execute the assignments at the highest standard including but not limited to setting up KPI to the team.
