Mô Tả Công Việc

The position reports directly to the General Manager in business operations term. Front Office Manager is responsible for the following activities:

1. Qualifications Demand:
Must be had experience and management for Staff jobs. To be good truth, fair, faith, brave, strong, command, behavior, observer, relate, etc

2. Jobs:
Sub-ordinaries include in order: Front Office Supervisor, Reservation, Reception, Concierge, Doorman, front Office Cashier.
Responsible for duty roster certification and arrange for sick leave or annual leave matters.
Involve in sub-ordinaries recruitment and arrangement.

3. Responsibilities:
Maintain and development customers’ relationships and liaison
Responsible for fulfill all necessary returns to/from customers
In charge of negotiation (partially) in pricing and/or conditions of services

4. Operating activities:
Supervise the direct reports (daily)
Entitle to appraise of sub-ordinaries performance under terms and conditions in labor contract
Provide assistance to General Manager in operations and making decision as well as the planning for business development
Encourage to identify selling opportunities and cost-cutting.
Responsible for department budget and human resources planning
Responsible for sub-ordinaries training and skills development

Note: Complete extra jobs as Deputy General Manager/ General Director entrusted
