- Settle quality trouble (NG) claim: cooperate with supplier to investigate the cause, the countermeasure / report to customer / follow up.
- Keep report to Sales/Manager and communicate to relevant members to solve relating issue such as delivery / sharing information.
- Ensure to satisfy customer requirements in controlling quality.
- Make the plan / strategy of improving quality situation (long-term like yearly plan…)
- Survey and inspect new supplier.
