Manager:
- Understand quality CADDi's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate those information with supply partners to minimize the defect.
- Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and deliery requirements.
- Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropraite inspection and kaizen process.
- Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of CADDi platform.
- Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents).
- Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback.
- Lead small-mid organization and team.
- Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization.

- Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization.
- Analyze, review and improve workflow to increase productivity.
- Experience as quaity assurance/control manager.
- Experience in manufacturijng or metal processing industry.
- Experience in developing factory warehouse or supply chain from scratch.
- Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts.
- Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001.
- Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+) or English.
Member:
