- To make cost estimation for a construction project/buildings/works.
- To manage the costs on a construction project.
- To ensure that the construction project is completed within its project budget.
- Depending on certain staff level and period time, the detailed description shall be elaborated by the Department’s manager.

- Age: 23-30.
- Have 4-5 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of concerned regulations in building construction field and practice use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills by English.
- Computer skills: word, excel, power point.
- Planning and time management and report skill.
