• Coaching project Software development process of all projects. From approach customer (proposal/estimation to close project)
• Follow project KPI (quality, cost, deadline and productivity KPI)
• Collect all project KPI, analysis & propose solution to improve
• Maintain current QMS process (template/process/standards/KPI …)
• Customize Agile/Waterfall process if we have any issue (propose, get approval, implement and control)
• Training for developer/tester about QMS system

• More than 1 years’ experience as a QA leader, special create/maintain software develop
• Have knowledge/experience in project management
• Experience in Smart Agile/waterfall process
• Graduated in IT
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Experience in training for developer/tester about QMS system
• Good analytical and organizational skills

Prefer :

• Can speak Japanese
• Have CMMI (>= level3) or ISO (>9000) knowledge is advantage
