Mô Tả Công Việc
- Coaching project Software development process of all projects. From approach customer (proposal/estimation to close project)
- Follow project KPI (quality, cost, deadline and productivity KPI)
- Collect all project KPI, analysis & propose solution to improve
- Maintain current QMS process (template/process/standards/KPI …)
- Customize Agile/Waterfall process if we have any issue (propose, get approval, implement and control)
- Training for developer/tester about QMS system
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- More than 1 years’ experience as a QA leader, special create/maintain software develop
- Have knowledge/experience in project management
- Experience in Smart Agile/waterfall process
- Graduated in IT
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Experience in training for developer/tester about QMS system
- Good analytical and organizational skills
Prefer :
- Can speak Japanese
- Have CMMI (>= level3) or ISO (>9000) knowledge is advantage
