Mô tả công việc

The basic Job contents are as follows:

1. Responsile for Project Launch : Creation, Application,Explaination and Complete of Project Proposal
- Clarify the project purpose, goals and deliveable, Clarify the project challenges and Risks
- Distribute the project proposal to the necessary relevant parties and go through the approval process

2. Responsiple for Formulation of project launch: Scope Plan, Project Policies, Schedule Plan,Resources Plan, - Cost Plan, Risk management Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Communication Plan, Project Plan

3. Project tracking and execution management: Project execution Management, Problem Management ....
- Establish control in order for the project to transition as planned
- If a change of plan is approved, reliably implement the changes and track the effects

4. Responsile of Project Complete : Confirmation of project completion, Project completion, Reporting, Project Completion evaluation
- Confirm that the conditions for project completion are met and understand the project end status.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 3 years or more of PM experience in a project with 5 or more people.
- Familiar with the development process (Waterfall, Agile, Prototype, etc.).
- Have development experience using any of Python / Java / ReactJS ...

*Prefer:
- Have Developing by participating in a project of 5 or more people.
- Have experience of Web system development experience.
- Have experience of development experience using the cloud (AWS is preferable).
- Have experience using database  (MsSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, etc.).
- Problem-solving ability (scaling, tuning, etc.).
- Education of project team members.
- Communication skills (verbal, written).
