- Workplace: office 60%, site 40% (can use a company car)
- All project management
- Receive requirements from Japanese Manager and report to Japanese Manager
- Instruct to the Site Manager
- Interaction with each vendor
- Negotiation with industrial park
- Guidance to the site

- More than 3 years of PM experience
- Factory construction experience
- Have a knowledge of each vendor
- Bachelor degree
- English: Intermediate level (don't need to Japanese skills)
- Personality: confident and can negotiate to clients
- Prefer : work experience at a Japanese construction company
