- To execute projects under the contract and track progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects, as well as work with General Contractor in relevant matters.
- Manage teams to design, co-ordinate, submit, procure and supervise of the installation progress and testing and commissioning of Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) system, Plumbing and Sanitary system (P&S), Fire Fighting (F/F) or Electrical system and utility systems for construction projects.

- University in relevant discipline.
- Experience in working with Japanese General Contractor/Japanese projects.
- Have knowledge about Air - conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Fighting or Electrical System
- Good in English, MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Good in Revit software. This will be an advantage.
- Willing to work under high pressure at site.
