- Handle import shipments.
- Contact with clients.
- Arrange daily local delivery plans.
- Supervise the delivery of goods
- Ensure both quality and quantity of shipments.
- Follow up the progress of transportation.
- Review bills, invoices and purchase orders.
- Make expense and delivery daily report.
- Monthly stock taking/checking.
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in Customs procedure.
- Experience in solving problems in local deliveries.
- Know SAP system.
- Communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Excellent organisational and team-working skills.
- Client orientation with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with logistic counterparts in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment.
