Mô Tả Công Việc
- Assist in monthly payroll, insurance calculation and other benefit programs/ schemes.
- Register new comers or update any changes (if any) to Tax authorities, Insurance Department and Labor Union.
- Manage all matters related to social insurance and PIT and employment-related documentation.
- Follow up employees’ contracts (new contracts, renewals, or termination).
Support to do PIT finalizations at year end.
- Maintain employee database system, ensuring all data are kept with highest confidentiality, updated accurately on timely basis by punctually updating of employees data (including leave, absence, changes of data).

- For position C&B Assistant, you must know how to use Excel.
