Mô Tả Công Việc
- After sales service about business of diesel generator in Vietnam with Vietnamese agency, customer and related service suppliers.
- Information transmission between Singapore (parent company) and Vietnamese agency about price, shipping schedule, demand for payment.
- Communication support for Japanese boss and Vietnamese staffs. Translation in Japanese and Vietnamese
- Convey information of delivery day of new job between agency and Singapore. Exchange information by email and telephone. The process is below.
- A. Conform the delivery day ( if the lead time will match with customer)
- B. Conform PO (purchase order) given by agency
- C. Conform contract given by agency
- D. Support agency to pay, and to ship
- ※Communication with Singapore people and Sales assistant is via email and phone, often by email in English.
- After A-D, inform parent company in Singapore.
- After received PO from agency, Conform if prince on PO is appropriate compared with price list. Conform contract documents: Item number, delivery day, typographical errors, fixed phrase.
- Convey information of shipping preparation from Singapore
- Support Payment to agency (LC orTT) and shipping
- Support after purchasing and sales promotion of spare parts
- Translation(Japanese and vietnamese)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Japanese skill (Fluent in speaking, writing and reading is not required.).
- English skill(Business level).
- Have an experience as an International trade administration.
- Can use PC(Excel and Word).
- Have working experience in Japanese company for over 2 years.
- Have working experience in Japanese or other international company (manufacturing) for over 5 years.
- Can commute to VSIP1 in Binh Duong (No company car).
