Mô Tả Công Việc
- Mainly work the following for Major company (EX:CANON, NIDEC, TOYOTA, PANASONIC).
- Handle and assist customers on their sales and product enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers.
- Prepare unclose QT report and follow up with customers closely to convert to order.
- Liaise with Customer Relation Team and Shipping Team on customers’ orders.
- Build rapport and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
- Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target.
- Maintain up-to-date database of customers.
- Coordinate on collection and credit related matters.
- Visit to customers may be required but limited and Co-Visit with sales man.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Middle level of writing and speaking for English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), MS access capability will be appreciated.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- At least 1 to 2 years relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B industrial sales.
- Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills.
- Pleasant and well-trained in telephone etiquette.
- Able to work independently and also a good team player.
- Self-motivated and strong leadership skills.
- High ethical and standards moral are strongly required.
