- Cooperate with HN headquarters IT, Group companies, IT service vendor on various projects/issues/contracts.
- (Not a must, but preferable if the candidate can do) IT Help Desk, monitor/maintain network. - All RPA work including documentation/development incorporating users' requests and RPA promotion activity.

- Knowledge of internal network system.
- Concern/Experience in IT security measures.
- Basic understanding of Windows, servers, network, firewalls, and preferably SAP ERP.
- High respect for regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
