- Understand the background knowledge, scope, and business issues, understand and follow the communication process for different situations.
- Understand basic IT terminology, the software development life cycle, information system, and context map.
- Join in preparing the meeting content, join the meeting in Japanese as well as Vietnamese upon request.
- Interpret in project-related meetings between the project team and the Japanese client through meetings on TV, chat, etc., act as a communication bridge between the project team and the customer, helping the project succeed.
- Translate project-related documents such as client requests to project team.
- Translate and interpret Japanese at the request of the superior.
