- Create and implement staffing strategies with country managers, department heads, and the regional HR team members.
- Liaise with the Head of Engineering and Vice President of corporate strategy to understand each role and future plan of the development team.
- Source, evaluate, and close tech candidates.
- Constantly improve recruiting processes.
- Be knowledge able about company 's people, culture and products.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal members and understand why people should work here.
- Manage the existing pipeline of tech candidates and identify future opportunities they may be a fit for company.
- Create strong networks within and outside company.
- Understand company rules and culture, and support new members with on-boarding processes.
- Support Admin team in visa and work permit applications.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluent English.
- Have 2+ years of experience as recruitment consultant or internal recruiter for tech positions.
- Good at cold calling, emailing and scouting on Linkedin.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have experience scouting on LinkedIn and other online networks.
- Active in engineering communities on Facebook.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
