- Manage and supervise in carrying out, in general, the Regulation in matters pertaining to Manpower, generally and in particular, the Company Regulation.
- Manage and fulfill the request from Management for increasing/decreasing of employee (to make of vacancy, selection, test, and interview of employee’s candidates).
- Recruiting staffs
<GENERAL AFFAIR SECTOR>
- Manage and supervise in the usage of the Company’s Inventory; to prepare for employee’s loan, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement. Also, other secretarial tasks required by the Company.
- General Affairs duties.
- Supervise the Company’s documentation (especially the validity of the documents)
- Supervise the orderliness of Office administration.
