Mô Tả Công Việc
Department: Human Resources Department.
Level: Junior, Mid-late 20s.
Report line: HR Manager -> CFO.
- Person in charge of implementing HR rules and regulations.
- Daily point of contact from staff with regard to HR rules.
- Use knowledge on Vietnam Labor Law and put into practices.
- A new staff is expected to be open-minded person as he/she will work with colleagues at stores in Vietnam as well as the global headquarters (Japan).
- Work hours: 8 hours.
- Working day: Mon-Fri ( include National holiday).
- Overtime: Depend on work.
- Night shift: No.
- Weekend shift: No.
- Business trip Japan and other countries in Asia.
- Bonus: Twice a year, as well as 13th month bonus.
- Insurance: Provided (24 hour injury insurance).
- Pay raise: Twice a year, based on the performance.
- Transportation: Provided.
- Parking cost: Provided.
- Training: Provided.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- English: IELTS 7.0, TOEIC 800, TOEFL (iBT) 90.
- Able to writing, reading, speaking in English.
- Around 5-year experience in HR, mainly labour rules, strong in C&B and discipline (retail industry preferred).
- Understanding on Vietnam Labour Law and relevant labour codes is required.
- Microsoft Office, Excel.
