- Communicating with Japan Head Office for setting annual target, recruitment plan, accounting support, salary review system, and other back office matters.
- Support all back office activities from administration duties to accounting support.
- Organize company monthly team building event, company trip, and support head quarter Japan to host events to promote RIV brand.
- Contribute to develop HR policies.
- Dept. Management.
- Further information will be discussed in interview.
- Salary and yearly bonus are deserved with your contribution.
- All social insurance (Social insurance, health insurance).
- Salary will be reviewed twice per year (From at least 6 months into employment).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5 + years of experiences as managers
- Japanese N2~ or higher.
- Can work independently, communicate well with other staff, and have strong leadership skill.
- Knowledge in IT field is an advantage.
- Excellent common sense, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
- Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem-solving.
- Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
