  • Will make company personnel system design.
  • Assessment of personnel evaluation.
  • Creating policies on KPIs evaluation results.
  • Notify and deploy the personnel evaluation process.
  • Summary of evaluation results from each department.
  • Create bonus standard according to the company Vietnamese evaluation system, salary increase system, and performance evaluation.
  • Support 34 year old HR Manager.
  • The current manager will go on maternity leave at the end of December, so they would like to be manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Person who has created company evaluation system and personnel system.
  • Person who has conducted company training.
  • Person who can communicate in English (office communication level).
  • Strong communication, solving problem skill.
  • Management skill.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
